EXPERIENCED JUMPING GUIDE

A standard jump ticket at Netheravon is £19 to 13000ft, and £15 at Dunkeswell.

Kit hire is costs a little more on top of this as does packing unless you have a BPA packing certificate. The kit at Netheravon is a Skymaster 230 main in a Javelin container with an Expert Cypres.

However, the Club has its own kit. We currently own a Vector 3 with a Spectre 190 main, PDR 176 Reserve, and an expert cypres. This kit is available to anyone with CH2 at £4 per jump (packing not included). We will also be buying a slightly larger rig for jumpers with CH1. Just ask the committee for more details.

If you have your B licence or above Netheravon have some more "sporty" rigs with Icarus Safire2 canopies between 149 - 189 square feet, in Javelin containers with Expert Cypres.

Once you have arrived for the first time at Netheravon, go to the Reception to sort out your dropzone membership and buy jump tickets. You then hand your jump tickets in at Manifest in order to jump.

You get kit from the kit store except for Club's own kit, which you should speak to one of the committee about in advance.

All info goes out over the PA system. You usually get a 20 minute call then a kit on call. Just keep your ears open.

If you want to do any WARP coaching, just ask one of the committee to point you in the right direction.

Check out the lifts page to find out how to sort transport to Netheravon.
